These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and Super222 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Super222 online gaming platform, accessible at super222.cam, including all associated games, features, payment services, promotions, and customer support.

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account with Super222 and uses the Platform for gaming or betting purposes.
• "Real Money Balance" means the actual deposited funds held in a Player's Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive value credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds (or winnings derived from them) become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by Super222 before processing withdrawals or as part of account security reviews.
• "FPX" and "DuitNow" mean the Malaysian interbank payment networks operated under the oversight of Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet) and Bank Negara Malaysia respectively.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or Super222's operational policies.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, trade names, logos, software, game content, visual designs, and other proprietary material owned by or licensed to Super222.

Registration and use of the Super222 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the period of account usage:

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and maintain an account:

• You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by law.
• You are registering only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by Super222 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party in connection with gambling activities.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a Super222 employee or affiliate, unless explicitly authorised in writing.

Super222 is committed to responsible gambling and takes underage access prevention seriously. All accounts are subject to KYC verification. Players in Malaysia are required to submit a valid MyKad (National Registration Identity Card) or passport as proof of identity and age before any withdrawal is processed.

To access the full range of Super222 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. All information provided during registration must be true, current, and complete.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notifying Super222 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered email address, phone number, and payment details up to date.

You further agree that:

Super222 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, or withhold funds where there is reasonable evidence of suspicious activity, manipulation of odds, or collusion between players.

Super222 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. All transaction amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 (varies by payment method — see Payment Guide for method-specific limits).
• All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification before first processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Super222 account holder.
• Super222 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees independently.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• Super222 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Super222 offers a range of bonus promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("Syarat pertaruhan") before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified per promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• Super222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to accounts.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus terms — through collusion, arbitrage, or systematic wagering patterns designed to minimise risk — may have their bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to each eligible player once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Free spins and no-deposit bonuses, where offered, carry their own specific terms which supersede the general provisions of this clause where they conflict.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Super222 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identities).
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Employing automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or bots to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or software bugs to obtain credits or winnings not legitimately earned.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to use your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Super222 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the Super222 platform — including but not limited to the Super222 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of Super222 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Super222.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Super222 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of (or inability to use) the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Super222 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While Super222 maintains a 99.6% uptime target and employs best-practice security measures, no technology platform can guarantee absolute availability or security.

Super222 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from account compromise due to failure to maintain password security or failure to enable two-factor authentication.

Super222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player requesting self-exclusion under Super222's Responsible Gambling policy.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting Super222's customer support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels. Players retain all statutory rights they may hold under the laws of their respective jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

Super222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Super222 will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Super222 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
